How can I place an order?

All orders must be placed online via our website. We do not accept orders via phone, as all orders require prepayment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDeal, Card Payment, and Google Pay.

Can I place a large order or schedule a delivery in advance?

Yes! For very large orders or deliveries on a specific future date, please contact us directly. Normally, we only offer same-day delivery for local orders.

Thursday: 17:00 – 22:00
Friday: 17:00 – 22:00
Saturday: 16:00 – 23:00
Sunday: 16:00 – 21:00

Can I get same-day delivery?

Yes, local deliveries are only available for same-day orders. We do not accept orders for future dates, unless arranged separately.

What are the costs for local delivery?

  • Minimum order: €15
  • Delivery cost: €2.50
  • Orders over €30: free delivery

What are the shipping rules within the Netherlands?

  • Minimum order: €15
  • Shipping cost: €3.99
  • Orders over €45: free shipping

Products & Storage

How should I store my cookies and desserts I order locally ?

Local delivery products are fresh and should be consumed the same day. No additional storage instructions are provided.

How should I store products received via shipping?

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Do not refrigerate or freeze.

Are ingredients and allergens listed?

  • Shipping products: Full ingredient list and allergen information are available.

  • Local delivery products: Allergen information is available; ingredients are provided only for cookies.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

No, because our products are fresh and perishable. Returns or exchanges are not possible, in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law.

When can I receive a replacement or refund?

You may be eligible if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order is incomplete
  • The product is damaged upon receipt

How do refunds work?

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same payment method you used during checkout. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to resolve any issues.
